Sensor readings, thresholds and alarms.

BMS & IoT Telemetry logs sensor readings, thresholds and alarms — entered manually or imported — switched on per organisation from the App Store and tied to the assets and buildings you already track.

Building plant tells you how it's doing if you capture the readings. BMS & IoT Telemetry is the register for sensor data — temperatures, pressures, runtimes, levels — each reading carrying its sensor, value, the threshold it's measured against and an alarm state when it's out of range.

Built on the shared toolkit, it offers list, board and calendar views, custom fields for sensor metadata, import/export for bringing in batches of readings, and photo attachments. Readings can be entered manually or imported from your building systems, and because it sits beside Assets, each sensor maps to the plant it monitors.

What BMS & IoT Telemetry does

Frequently asked questions

How is BMS & IoT Telemetry turned on?

An administrator enables it per organisation from the App Store. You set up your sensors and thresholds and start logging, with seats free for everyone.

Do I need automated sensors?

No. Readings can be entered manually on a round or imported in batches from your building systems by spreadsheet — whatever suits your setup.

How do alarms work?

Each sensor has a threshold or normal range. A reading outside it raises an alarm state against the asset, and can raise a ticket for attention.

Does it connect to my assets?

Yes — each sensor maps to the asset it monitors in the Equipment Register, so telemetry sits in full context with the plant it measures.
