Every lease, rent, review and expiry.

Lease Management is the register for commercial leases — rent, reviews, options, expiries and outgoings — switched on per organisation from the App Store and wired into the buildings and tenancies you already track in Orveya.

Commercial leases live and die by dates: a missed rent review, a lapsed option, an expiry nobody saw coming. Lease Management keeps every term in one register so the next critical date is never a surprise — each lease carries its tenancy, base rent, review schedule, option windows and outgoings recovery.

Built on the shared toolkit, it gives you list, board and calendar views, custom fields for the clauses that matter to you, import/export for migrating an existing rent roll, and photo or document attachments for the executed deed. Because it sits beside Properties and Tenants, every lease links straight to the tenancy it governs and the building it sits in.

What Lease Management does

Frequently asked questions

How is Lease Management turned on?

An administrator switches it on per organisation from the App Store. It then appears alongside your other registers, with seats free for everyone.

Can I migrate an existing rent roll?

Yes — import your leases by spreadsheet, map the columns once, and export anytime. The executed deed can be attached to each record.

Does it connect to my tenancies?

Yes. Each lease links to the tenancy in Tenants and the building in Properties, so the occupant and floor are one click away.

Does it calculate rent reviews automatically?

It records the review type, date and resulting rent, and surfaces the date on the calendar. You confirm each review — Orveya tracks it, you decide it.
