Behind every lot is a person: an owner, a tenant, an occupant on a lease. Tenants keeps all of them — names, contact details, the unit they belong to and the lease that governs it — linked to the right node in the property tree.
From a tenant's record you can invite them to the Property App, a branded, installable PWA where they raise requests, book amenities and stay informed. Parking and pet sub-registers hang off the same record, so the bay number and the approved dog live exactly where you would look for them.
Both live on the same register against their unit. An owner holds the lot; a resident occupies it on a lease. You can record an owner-occupier as both at once.
