Who's in the building, signed in and out.

Visitor Log is the front-desk sign-in and sign-out register — host, purpose, pass number and timestamps — switched on per organisation from the App Store and ready for reception the moment it's enabled.

Reception needs to know who is in the building, why they're here and when they left — for safety, for compliance and for a clean evacuation roll. Visitor Log captures each arrival with the visitor's name, company, host, purpose and pass number, then stamps sign-in and sign-out so the building always has a live list of who's on site.

Built on the shared toolkit, it offers a status board (signed in vs signed out), a calendar by arrival time, custom fields for anything your site asks of guests, import/export for the day's register, and photo attachments. Contractors arriving for a job link back to the work they're here to do.

What Visitor Log does

Frequently asked questions

How is Visitor Log turned on?

An administrator enables it per organisation from the App Store. Reception can start signing visitors in immediately, with seats free for the whole team.

Can I see who is currently on site?

Yes — the status board shows everyone signed in versus signed out, giving you a live who's-in-the-building list at any moment.

Does it help with evacuations?

The on-site board doubles as an evacuation roll: at any point you can see exactly who is in the building for an accountable muster.

Can contractors sign in here too?

Yes. Contractors arriving for a job sign in like any visitor, and their visit links back to the work they're attending. Contractors use Orveya free.
